藻类培养用到很多微量元素溶液，以下是主要的几种微量元素溶液配方：
(1)A5和B6微量元素溶液(货号：KD0941和KD0939)(g/L):
注：每1000mL培养液加入1mL A5微量元素溶液。不同文献中关于B6的使用浓度略有差异。
(2)A8微量元素溶液(货号：KD0940)(g/L)：
注：一般使用1/2和1/8浓度的Allen and Arnon培养基。
